$1,000 Candidate Referral Program
For the past several years, IT Security professionals have been in very strong demand, resulting in severe talent shortages. We are therefore offering up to $1,000 in referral fees to help us find the best qualified candidates.
Here is our simple 1-2-3 program:
If you refer to us a colleague who is not already in our database, or is in our database but has not been in contact with us for over 12 months, we will pay you:
1.) $100 when the candidate undergoes a job interview (whether or not he or she gets the job)
2.) $200 on the day the person starts the job
3.) $700 after the person completes 90 days of work
The above payment schedule applies to BOTH direct / permanent and contract / temp jobs.

In today’s market, we recognize that qualified, available candidates are difficult to find, and we know that some of the best candidates are referred through their colleagues.

It is easy for an unscrupulous staffing agency to promise a referral fee and then find an excuse not to pay it. We are offering a fee even if a person is not placed. As a family owned and operated staffing company, it is our professional reputation that has kept us in business for almost 25 years. In order to keep this reputation, we know we must honor all of our commitments.
