One Week Guarantee on Contract Jobs
One (1) week guarantee policy on our contract employees: if you terminate our contract employee during the first week (up to 40 hours) of work due to poor performance, we will not bill you for those hours of work.
Two Options for Permanent Hiring
Option 1: Full 1-Year Guarantee
- Initial 3 month (90 Day) Guarantee
If the employee departs due to either poor performance or of their own volition during the first 90 days, we will try to find a replacement within 90 days. If a replacement that is acceptable to the client is not found within 90 days, the initial placement fee will promptly be refunded in full. - Additional 9 Month Guarantee
If the employee leaves of their own volition from 91st day to 365th day, we will try to find a replacement within 90 days. If a replacement that is acceptable to the client is not found within 90 days, the initial placement fee will be refunded in full.
Option 2: 12 Month Payment Plan
- 25% Recruitment fee is paid over 12 monthly installments.
- If the hire departs for any reason, including changing business conditions, you don’t pay for the remaining months.
Please note: These guarantees do not apply to "payrolled" employees that were located by the client company.
