Introducing Two New Options for Permanent Hiring
Option 1: Full 1-Year Guarantee
- Initial 3 month (90 Day) Guarantee
If the employee departs due to either poor performance or of their own volition during the first 90 days, we will try to find a replacement within 90 days. If a replacement that is acceptable to the client is not found within 90 days, the initial placement fee will promptly be refunded in full.
- Additional 9 Month Guarantee
If the employee leaves of their own volition from 91st day to 365th day, we will try to find a replacement within 90 days. If a replacement that is acceptable to the client is not found within 90 days, the initial placement fee will be refunded in full.
Option 2: 12 Month Payment Plan
- 25% Recruitment fee is paid over 12 monthly installments.
- If the hire departs for any reason, including changing business conditions, you don’t pay for the remaining months.
Please note: These guarantees do not apply to "payrolled" employees that were located by the client company. Also, above are our standard terms. Terms specified in a customized staffing agreement with your company, if any, would supersede the above standard terms.
Why are you offering a full year guarantee?
In this full-employment economy, even a well-placed new hire may leave for another job, and we want to minimize that risk for our clients.
Why are you offering an Installment Payment Plan?
A recruitment placement fee can be a significant investment for our clients. If you choose this option, we want to make the payments as easy as possible on your cash flow and your current-year budget.
Is there a guarantee if I choose the Installment Payment Plan?
Although our guarantee does not apply if you choose the Installment Payment Plan, the risk is still greatly minimized. If the new hire leaves after, say 3 months, you are only responsible for the first three invoices. Of course, we will then try to find a replacement.
